If I buy an ebook, how do I read it? Or get it on my preferred device?
I use BookFunnel to deliver ebook purchases. After you buy an ebook, you will get an email from help@bookfunnel.com with a link to download the ebook.
Just pick your device from the list and follow the instructions to send the ebook directly to your favorite device.
If the email hasn’t arrived in 10 minutes after purchase, please look for it in your Spam folder.
You can also find your ebooks in your Bookfunnel library at https://My.BookFunnel.com. Log into BookFunnel with the email you used to purchase/download your books.

If I buy an audio book, how do I listen to it? Or how do I get it on my preferred device?
Once you purchase an audiobook, you will get an email from help@bookfunnel.com with a link to download the audiobook and instructions for how to download and listen in their app or on another device.

Why should or would I buy a book from you when I can get it at one of the big online stores with free shipping?
Great question!
There is no way I can compete with the big online stores, so basically, you are choosing to support me as an independent author and investing in future books and stories, which is much appreciated!
The books are excellent quality and I often sell special formats and bundles here, as well as merchandise, that I don't sell elsewhere, so you can get exclusive deals and often better pricing from me.
I have a problem with my order. Do you offer returns?
BookFunnel (audio or ebooks) and IngramSprak (paperbacks or hardbacks) are the first people to contact if there is an issue with your order.
It's also very important to me that you are happy with your order. If the problem or issue persists, please contact me and I will get it figured out.
How does it help authors if I buy direct?
If you buy direct, we get paid within hours or days, rather than months — which helps us create more books. Thank you!
While authors love the big stores and you can find our books there too, it's becoming pretty crowded on those sales pages! Our direct stores allow us to feature our products without having other products advertised against them.
Can I buy your books in any format on other online bookstores?
You can buy my books pretty much everywhere in most formats when available — ebook, audiobook, paperback, hardback editions.
Just search for Mike Donohue and the book title on the store you prefer to shop at. You can also find links to other stores on each book page here in the shop.
Can I order your books from my local bookstore?
Yes, you should be able to order my books in most local stores as they are included in the catalogs that bookstores often order from. Just ask in the bookstore or contact me if there's an issue.
Can I borrow your books from my local library?
I hope so. I love libraries.

Can I buy a signed book?
I love to offer signed books. Please contact me with the book/s you would like, your mailing address, and the date you'd like it by, and I will get back to you with options. Thank you!
Why can't I buy certain ebooks from you?
If the ebook is not available, it's likely enrolled in Amazon's Kindle Unlimited program. To be enrolled, the ebook must be exclusively sold through Amazon.
